Mexico plans to invest heavily in technology for the safety and protection of the workforce in the physical operations industry

Samsara report says 71 % of industry leaders in Mexico plan to invest a moderate to significant amount in safety and security technologies for the workforce in the next five years.

Leaders of organisations focused on physical operations around the world reveal that placing technology at the centre of their business strategy is transforming the workplace to meet the demands of a new generation of workers, while creating safer and more efficient organisations.

This is according to the new State of Connected Operations Report:“ Building for the Next Generation: Labor Trends in Physical Operations published by Samsara, which includes information from 1,550 physical operations leaders in seven countries – including 150 in Mexico.
“ It’ s no secret that the job market can be challenging in industries like transportation, construction and field services. However, we are seeing how technology makes a big difference in the perception that younger talent has about their professional opportunities,” said Brendali López, Marketing Director of Samsara in Mexico.
