PROJECT ROUND-UP
1 UNITED STATES
TraceAir, a site intelligence platform for land development and residential construction teams, has announced a strategic integration with Pipsy, a fastgrowing platform for managing lot inventory and sales in master-planned communities. This partnership is positioned as bringing together two powerful systems to offer developers, builders and sales teams a unified, visual solution – combining up-to-date aerial site intelligence with real-time lot data, all in one place.“ Master-planned communities need more than raw data – they need visual clarity across every phase of development,” said Alena Petrova, VP of Product, TraceAir.“ By integrating with Pipsy, we’ re giving our shared clients a faster, smarter way to track progress, manage inventory and drive decisions across their teams without juggling between screens.”
2 CHINA
China’ s leading smart manufacturing and intelligent logistics provider, Guozi Robotics, has successfully delivered a cutting-edge intelligent production and logistics system for TZ Group’ s greenfield factory. The TZ Group project is described as the latest demonstration of Guozi’ s ability to deliver comprehensive, future-ready smart manufacturing and intelligent logistics solutions for the construction machinery industry. Nearly 200 robots of various types now automate the entire excavator production process and logistics network, setting a new benchmark for the sector’ s Digital Transformation. Guozi’ s AI-driven RCS coordinates hundreds of AGVs with centimetre-level accuracy.
3 UNITED KINGDOM
AI construction technology leader, Buildots, has announced the launch of the industry’ s first tool to structure and automate the popular Line of Balance project control method. The feature – built on sitespecific AI-driven progress data – presents progress and risks of delays across multiple activities in a single view, allowing site teams to easily identify future bottlenecks, manage dependencies and adjust pacing to avoid progress blockages and escalated delays. The tool also enables teams to uncover and exploit optimisation opportunities. Users can simulate different pace scenarios to fine-tune workflows and prevent disruptions.
4 INDIA
In a move said to underscore growing global confidence in India’ s construction technology sector, Knest Manufacturers has raised INR300 crore from Lighthouse Funds. This strategic infusion marks a significant milestone in Knest’ s journey to redefine how India and the world build. With the investment, Knest plans to double down on its research and development efforts, expand production capabilities and accelerate vertical integration. Knest has been championing both Make in India and Made in India initiatives; this investment is set to further that mission. Nitin Mittal, Chairman & Managing Director, Knest, said:“ We are building far more than formwork – we are building the future of Indian construction.”
