At Autodesk DevCon Europe 2025, XGRIDS unveiled LCC for Revit – an AI-powered plugin integrating 3D Gaussian Splatting( 3DGS) with Autodesk Revit. Developed with Autodesk, it streamlines scan-to-BIM workflows by achieving 70 % efficiency with 3cm accuracy. The plugin connects Revit to XGRIDS’ Lixel CyberColor models, merging LiDAR and visual data from mobile scans. AI detects and extracts building elements – walls, doors and windows – directly into Revit. This eliminates manual measurement and recreating each component, allowing Dutch and European users to convert physical buildings into BIM models in one efficient, automated process.
