KP Reddy Co. launches integrated owners forum to transform AEC project delivery
KP Reddy Co. has announced the launch of the Integrated Owners Forum( IOF), an exclusive peer-to-peer group for building owners focused on evaluating emerging technologies, integrating applied AEC, building science research and aligning project stakeholders across the whole construction lifecycle.
“ While the AEC industry has adopted tools like BIM, AR / VR, cloud and mobility, the impact on owners has been minimal, with a new wave of datacentric technologies, owners must be equipped to lead, not follow. The IOF offers a focused space to drive meaningful change and measurable results for those who ultimately fund the work,” said KP Reddy, Founder of Shadow Ventures and KP Reddy Co.
Mike Greening, Head of Project Delivery US at Genentech, has joined as a founding IOF member.“ I’ ve joined to help shape a more integrated, data driven approach that aligns with our delivery needs,” said Greening.
The IOF is organised around four key pillars:

To support this initiative, KP Reddy Co. has assembled a leadership team of experienced research advisors:
• Frank Thalakotur, PE, Senior Research Advisor, Engineering Vertical
Frank Thalakotur is an MEP engineer with extensive executive experience in healthcare-focused engineering and project management. He previously served as Vice President, Projects Healthcare at JLL, Director of Healthcare at Vanderweil Engineers and spent several years at WSP / AKF managing complex hospital and lab renovations. His career began at SmithGroup, where he specialised in HVAC engineering for healthcare projects.
• David Niewiadomski, Senior Research Advisor, Construction Vertical
David Niewiadomski joins IOF with 15 years of construction management expertise. At Turner Construction Company, he standardised processes and utilised AI and Machine Learning to improve workflows, budgets and schedules. He has also held leadership roles at Commodore Construction Corp., Tucker Development Corporation, PCI and RG Construction Services.
• Ted Kenney, Senior Research Advisor, BPM Vertical
Ted Kenney previously shaped industry strategies at Conspectus and fostered partnerships at Anguleris, leveraging platforms like BIMsmith Market and Swatchbox to connect BPMs with design professionals. He has also worked at Deltek, collaborating with ENR top 250 firms on specification solutions. �
• Hope Alexander, Senior Advisor
Hope Alexander joins IOF with more than two decades of leadership across global architecture, engineering and construction firms. She has held executive roles at Burns & McDonnell and BE & K Building Group Prior to that; she served in executive roles at Gehry Technologies( a subsidiary of Gehry Partners) and AECOM / McClier.
• Zigmund Rubel, FAIA, Senior Research Advisor, Design Vertical
A recognised leader in design innovation and integrated project delivery, Zig Rubel brings decades of experience transforming healthcare and advanced facility projects nationally and internationally. Previously, he was CEO of Forsight Digital, Chief of Building Sciences at Aditazz and a principal at Anshen + Allen Architects. Rubel holds multiple US patents in building products and software, reflecting his passion for innovation.
