G lobal ConTech, Trackunit, has entered into a groundbreaking strategic partnership with Bosch Rexroth with the aim of reducing downtime in the construction industry.
The partnership is set to revolutionise the construction equipment industry by delivering evolving, electronically controlled machinery that enhances user experience and operational efficiency.
Trackunit has joined forces with Bosch Rexroth in a strategic partnership set to reshape the construction equipment industry through smarter, more connected machinery. Dr Alexander Flaig, Senior Vice President Engineering, Business Unit Mobile Solutions at Bosch Rexroth AG, highlighted the collaboration’ s focus on reducing downtime, enhancing cybersecurity and delivering over-theair updates – ensuring equipment remains secure, compliant and continuously innovative in line with evolving industry and regulatory demands.

The partnership comes at a pivotal moment for OEMs as the EU Cyber Resilience Act has come into force, emphasising the need for robust cybersecurity measures in the industry and the importance of ensuring that machine components are capable of receiving updates.
