With cloud supplier redundancy, the new route supports capacities ranging from 1Mbps to 100,000Mbps and ensures maximum uptime, vital for businesses undergoing Digital Transformation.
Certifications and growth in data centres
In February 2025, Raxio Group achieved Tier Certification of Constructed Facility( TCCF) for its 1.5MW data centre in DRC. As Africa’ s leading carrier-neutral Tier III data centre operator, Raxio Group’ s facilities offer critical infrastructure essential for Africa’ s digital economy. The certification process involved a rigorous four-day evaluation by Uptime Institute engineers, confirming the facility’ s compliance with the highest standards for resilience and operational excellence.
In August 2024, Raxio opened its largest data centre in Kinshasa, reinforcing DRC’ s pivotal role in Africa’ s Digital Transformation. The US $ 30 million investment supports DRC ' s growing digital economy, with the capacity to house 400 racks and deliver 1.5MW of IT power.
