The Barcelona City Council and Huawei Spain have announced a collaboration agreement during the Mobile World Congress( MWC). The partnership will focus on developing innovation and training activities in Information and Communication Technologies( ICT). This agreement aims to advance the Barcelona smart city project, particularly in areas such as the City Command Center, Smart Buildings, Connectivity, Green Energy and ICT Talent Development. By joining forces, the two entities reinforce their commitment to society’ s Digital Transformation and promote Smart City initiatives across key sectors.
4 SAUDI ARABIA
From February 9th to 12th, 2025, the Middle East Saudi International Communications and Information Technology Exhibition took place at the Malham Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Inspur participated, showcasing its technological products, solutions, and applications at the event. The exhibition facilitated several project signings and strategic collaborations. Among the highlights were Inspur’ s full-stack network management solutions, data centre services, Smart City solutions, and models for large-scale AI, satellite remote sensing, and various industry-specific applications like agriculture and transportation.
